Cookie Policy
Effective date: April 29, 2026 · Last updated: September 17, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies on the Portable Partners site at /partners(the "Service").
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember your preferences and to provide reporting information. We also use related technologies such as pixel tags and local storage.
Categories of cookies we use
| Category | Purpose | Examples | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | Required for the Service to function (security, session, form submission). | Session cookie, anti-CSRF token | Session |
| First-party identifiers | A random identifier for your browser, the source you first arrived from, and your place in on-page tools. We use these to connect a later quote request back to the page you arrived on. They are set by us, are never shared with advertising networks, and hold no name, email address or phone number. Unlike the two categories below, these are written when a page first loads — before you make a choice in the cookie banner. | pa_vid, __pa_ft (cookies); __pa_visitor_id, __pa_first_touch, pt_ab_* (local storage). The on-page assistant adds portable_unified_session_v1 once you start a conversation with it. | Cookies: 12 months. Local storage: until you clear it. |
| Analytics | Aggregated usage analytics to understand how the Service is used and improve it. | Google Analytics (GA4), Vercel Analytics | Up to 13 months |
| Marketing | Measure the performance of campaigns directing partners to this site. | Meta Pixel, Google Ads tag, Microsoft Advertising (UET), Kakao Pixel, Naver tag | Up to 13 months |
Your choices
Essential cookies are always active. The analytics and marketing tags listed above load only after you select "Accept all" in the cookie banner; if you select "Reject non-essential", they do not load at all.
First-party identifiers are set when a page first loads, before you make that choice. Selecting "Reject non-essential" stops further non-essential tags from loading, but it does not delete what is already stored on your device. To remove everything this site has stored, clear cookies and site data for this domain in your browser. You can also change your choice or ask us about it at any time by emailing portable@portlogics.com.
Browser controls
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies may break parts of the Service.
Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy as the cookies we use evolve. The current version is always published on this page.
